Jhera

Jhera is a Project Consultant of the Institutional Synergy, Inc.  She has been with the company for a year and her work experience includes consulting work for the Business Risk Services of SGV & Co., a member practice of Ernst and Young Global. Her work experience specializes in production which includes consulting work in the areas of cost management, establishing production standards, manpower review, operations review and manning level, work measurement and review of performance measurement system, and system documentation.
